Mr. Villella has extensive experience working with government agencies at both the national and state levels. He has chaired numerous governmental committees and testified before both houses of Congress for the Reagan Administration on Homeland Security issues.        Mr. Villella has significant experience with SEC compliance issues, shareholder relations and securing various grant and corporate funding sources. He was recently nominated to receive the prestigious Ronald Reagan Gold Medal as a member of the President's National Business Advisory Council.
